Office of Academic Support Services
Welcome Message

Welcome to Montgomery College Library. We serve the College’s students, faculty, and staff, as well as members of the Montgomery County community, with a committed focus to our students' academic success. We are proud to be a teaching and learning partner with individuals and organizations at the College.
Montgomery College Library offers academic support at its four locations and virtually. We encourage you to take full advantage of the services, collections, and resources designed to support student and faculty academic needs.
The library provides a large collection of textbooks and course-related materials, and curriculum-appropriate online journals, electronic books, and streaming media that is accessible remotely. We also aim to enrich the lives of our College's community learners with access to the special and digital collections, covering the unique history of Montgomery College.
Montgomery College Library team members go above and beyond to offer quality services in person, by phone, or online, assisting users with accessing library materials, conducting research, or technology questions. Also, take time to explore and use our technology offerings such as laptops, scanners, and other mobile devices, and collaborate with class peers in the group study spaces.
As a place for free exchange of ideas and learning outside of the classroom, Montgomery College Library is here to serve the academic community. We will continue to innovate, stretch boundaries, and realize our initiatives as part of our commitment to equal access to information and student success.
I am honored to serve as the Associate Vice President and excited to guide the library team in shaping the future of Montgomery College Library. I welcome your suggestions and hope you’ll consider MC Library to be a partner and source of quality life-long learning during your time at Montgomery College.
