Off-Campus Access to Library Resources
In order to access our electronic resources (databases, e-books, streaming videos, etc.) from off campus, you must be a current Montgomery College student or employee. You must also log in using your MC ID number, including the M and all numbers. Do not use your MyMC login.
Problems Logging In?
Please review the information below. If you're still having issues, report the problem and a library employee will get in touch.
- Only currently-enrolled students and current faculty and staff can access e-resources remotely. Others are welcome to use e-resources in the library.
- Student information is added daily at the beginning of each semester or session. If you registered late, you may have to wait a day or two in order to access resources remotely.
- Part-time faculty information comes from HRSTM. Your department's administrative aide will enter your information in the Banner Information System. If you are having trouble accessing resources remotely, check with your department to see if your information has been entered.
